SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

POLICY VIOLATIONS
Anyone attempting to violate our policies will also be subject to prosecution and will be required to respond to a complaint of attempted fraud.
Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day, and we strive to provide you with the highest level of service. We are not responsible to any circumstances out of our control and which that may impact the delivery process after shipment.

Europe: 1 to 3 working days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands...): 5 - 11 working days.

Rest of Europe: 11 - 15 working days
Rest of the world: 20 - 30 days
United States: 5 - 11 working days
United Kingdom: 5 - 7 working days
Canada and Australia: 11 - 30 working days

All orders placed will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 1 to 3 working days maximum. During sales periods, please allow up to 7 working days for shipping.

If your order is not delivered on time, please contact us for assistance!

If your order takes longer than 70 days (standard shipping method), we will refund the full amount of the order and you will keep the item. This does not apply to lost or stolen goods or to wrong addresses. We always refer to the tracking number. We recommend to keep tracking your product(s) once the tracking details are known.

Shipping delays are not only due to us, but also to sub-suppliers, logistics and any other related support, such as reduced air flights, certain locations that are too remote or inconvenient, as well as a lack of delivery drivers...

There is no need to worry as the team will be there to follow your order until you get it, and hope everything goes smoothly.

Please allow for public holidays, which may affect delivery times worldwide.

We work with small sellers around the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our overseas sellers. Due to the nature of the shipping industry, delays are often unavoidable. All our delivery times are therefore indicative and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Didn't you receive your order yet?

If you place an order and we still haven't received it within the allowed time, contact us and we'll help you figure out what's going on. However, it's pointless coming to us to ask for your parcel 4 days after your purchase. As we said, we have 1 to 3 days to prepare and ship your order, and 5 to 10 working days to receive it.

Once the product is shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered a FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.


Customs charges:
Customers are responsible for any customs charges. We do our best to avoid additional customs charges by separating large orders into multiple shipments. Customs charges are random and we cannot guarantee whether or not you will receive them. Refusal to pay customs duties is not a valid reason for a refund.

For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or backordered item, we will immediately ship all items we have available and ship pre-ordered or backordered items as soon as they become available. So if you've ordered several items on a single order and are only receiving part of your item, don't worry, you'll receive your other items shortly afterwards.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and/or SMS, if you have provided a cell phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the progress of your package. To track your parcel, please visit our tracking page. If you are not sure of your tracking number, please use our order search form by clicking on the "Track my order" menu.
Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking information to appear. The contact tab to reach out to us if needed.

Disclaimer for incorrect address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and dispatch times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. 

Incorrect sizing disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the size chosen is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct the wrong size. Please contact us immediately by e-mail if you believe you have supplied an incorrect size.

Disclaimer for lost or stolen products:
 KAPORAL Chef is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are
delivered to the address provided at checkout. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the shipping service or local authorities to resolve the problem. We will not refund or return stolen or lost products.
