Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KAPORAL Chef. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at globalsupport@kaporalchef.com. We will provide you with the return address and guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
